2025 Series

The 2025 Hobie Kayak Bream Series 16 is designed to offer kayak anglers a competitive fishing tournament.

These events are open to all makes of kayaks, except for the Australian Championship. Australian Championship competitors are all provided with identical fitted Hobie MirageDrive® kayaks. Each Hobie Kayak Bream series round will have its own qualifying rounds, rankings, payouts, and prize schedule.

Targeting Australia’s iconic bream species—including black and yellow-fin bream. The series consists of 8 two-day and 1 single-day tournament rounds, beginning in mid-February. An additional three Hobie Fishing Associated Rounds will contribute to Angler of the Year points and qualification for the Australian Championship.
