The Hobie Fishing Team are proud and excited to announce the calendar for the Hobie Fishing Series 14, presented by Daiwa, is finally here!
2023 is looking like an exciting year, 10 bream rounds across Australia, with some new locations and some older favourites to be revisited. Plus, we have some exciting new partnerships with the Western Australian and South Australian bream fraternity.
To diversify our series, we’re heading inland in Series 14 with the introduction of some one-off new species “open” events. It’s time to chase gold, and where else better than in the gold fields of Western Victoria, Lake Eppalock, the Golden Perch mecca of the garden state. Then were heading north and chasing Bass in one of the premier lakes in NSW, Lake St Clair, located in the upper Hunter Valley Region. At the end of the year to cap it all off, Hobie will be the kayak sponsor of the Yamaha Cod Classic at Lake Mulwala.
All up its going to be our biggest and best year ever. More details on the series including final dates and locations will be announced in the coming weeks.
