The Lowrance Round 6 event at Georges River, NSW took place on May 25-26, 2024, in Sydney, New South Wales. Participants and spectators enjoyed fantastic weather and an impressive display of the largest Yellowfin Bream observed in our series.
Greg Lewis, after taking a break from tournament fishing, made a triumphant return and clinched the top spot with a 6/5.95kg catch. Following closely in second place was Team Hurricane’s Tony Pettie with a 6/5.82kg catch, and in third place was the consistently high-performing TT Fishing Angler, Tyson Hayes, with a 6/5.71kg catch.
This event was truly unforgettable, as it showcased some of the most impressive Yellowfin Bream ever recorded. Russell Babekuhl stole the spotlight – who managed to reel in the Big Bream, a massive 1.60kg fish!
