Stewart Dunn is the 2015 Hobie Kayak Bream Series Australian Champion with 6 fish for 3.42kg. In second place was Mark Crompton with 7 fish for a total combined weight of 3.39kg. Third place went to Richard Somerton with a total of 8 fish for 3.38 kg.

Day One is in the bag and congratulations go to Joel Crosbie from Victoria who weighed in four Bream for a total weight of 2.46kg.  He was followed by fellow Victorian, Mitch King, with 4 for 2.38kg, Mitch also picked up the day’s Boss Hog with his 1.05 kegger. New South Welshman, Mark Young is currently sitting in third with 4 for 2.29kg.

Luke Kay wins Rd 4 of the 2015 Hobie Kayak Bream Series with 3 fish, and a total weight 1.69kg, Eric Wood was second with 3 fish for 1.56kg and Carl Dubois third with 3 fish for 1.39kg. Eric Wood also took out the Big Bream.

Round 3: Mallacoota, VicFebruary 28, 2015

Congratulations to Tony Pettie from Traralgon in Victoria on taking out Round 3 at Mallacoota in Victoria and qualifying for the Hobie Fishing Worlds in China. Tony weighed in six bream over the two days for a total weight of 6.07kg. Fellow Victorian, Ben Phayer claimed second place as well as the second place on the Australian team for the Worlds in China with his 6 for 5.12kg. Third place was picked up by Joshua Smith, also from Victoria with his 6 for 4.98

Congratulations to Joel Crosbie from Victoria on taking out round 2 of the Hobie® Kayak Bream Series at Marlo with a total weight of 5.58kg for 6 bream. Fellow Victorian Corey Gallagher took second with 6 bream for 4.66 kg and Martin Fellows also from Victoria took third with 6 bream for 4.36kg.
